Multiple machine hatches can be removed one by one and then put back in place. The three-sided frame specification is affected by floor irregularities, so it is necessary to ensure a level floor. The four-sided frame specification, which emphasizes airtightness, often has the lower frame getting in the way, so it is common to make the lower frame detachable. Additionally, when the height dimension increases, it is recommended to use a plus bar to increase the engagement with the outer frame. ◇TH30◇ The TH30 accommodates an effective height dimension of up to 3000mm. A versatile machine hatch compatible with lightweight partitions and RC walls!

Lightweight partitions and RC walls are supported! A wall that can be removed only when needed. This detachable machine hatch is convenient for use as a wall on a daily basis and for creating an opening for the replacement or maintenance of large machinery a few times a year or once every few years. The outer frame attached to the wall is made of aluminum extruded material, and the frame depth can be set in 10mm increments from 110mm to 200mm. We attach welding anchor materials that match the frame depth dimensions before shipping, allowing for flexible responses to welding fixation on lightweight partitions or RC walls. It can also be made without a lower frame for three-sided frames, which can facilitate the entry and exit of large machinery; however, unevenness in the floor can affect the installation, so it is necessary to ensure a level floor surface. In a four-sided frame, the lower frame can often be an obstruction, but it can be made detachable.
